ATTENTION!
You Are NOT Responding to our E-Mail!!
Matthew L Schoonover, you need to check your final galley against the list you sent to us, to make sure Arline didn't miss any of your fixes. The galley has been up and waiting for you at www.filesanywhere.com for several weeks.

David Berardelli: Your corrected print galleys for DEMONCHASER II, are at www.filesanwywhere.com and have been there for several weeks. We have e-mailed you many times with no response and believe, yet again, that you are not getting our mail.

Arline has been under the weather this week, but has actually finished the payroll and those who opt for Paypal received their payment a week ago. As for the rest, the checks are in the mail.

All the sales statistics have been e-mailed so we hope you got those, too.  Meanwhile , if you haven't gotten word from us, it's either because the e-mail is STILL not cooperating. WE ARE GETTING YOUR E-MAILS. YOU ARE NOT GETTING THE ONES FROM US.  OR else, maybe because you had no sales.

Sales were down for almost everyone, though (reason for her grumpy mood!). Other publishers are complaining, too. So if you haven't heard from us, chances are there were no sales this quarter. We sure hope things look up next time.

Meanwhile she will be getting back to work on the books.

If you are going to have a book signing somewhere,
make a personal appearance, or are
planning a launch party where you live,
please let ME KNOW. Just put
NEWS FOR JACK, in the subject line,
and we will be sure your news
is included here in the blog and posted on Facebook!

  1. I still haven't received any mail at either address: albrechtcm@gmail.com or cm.albrecht@hotmail.com
    It is a puzzlement.

  2. The problem, according to my guru, is in whatever program you use to access the Internet and read your e-mail.

The program may automatically refuse mail from addresses that have sent out spam whether YOU tell it to, or not.

If you use iExplore, Ourlook Express, Thunderbird, etc, the problem may be an automatic shutdown by the ISP provider's security, because you have received spam from that address.

I can't fix it at my end. Though I have tried a number of things.

Call your ISP and report that mail is not coming in from arlinechase@comcast.net. All My MAIL is SENT from that address
