Snow Cream

• 6 cups clean fresh snow
• 1 cup Half and Half (or canned evaporated Milk)

• 1/2 cup superfine sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the Half & Haldf, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Carefully stir in the snow. Freeze, in a covered container, or scoop into bowls, and serve immediately.
