The Good News is that my son David is recovering enough from his (3 in a week) surgerys and he will be going home next Wednesday, April 29th! Naturally, I will be spending as much time with him as I can after that, so I may not be posting to my blog every day, or answering e-mail as quickly as we would like. Please be patient if things go more slowly.
The bad news is that his tumor didn't produce the kind of cells they needed for the trial, so that treatment possibility is no longer availble to him. He and Shelley are making plans to enjoy their remaining time together and not pursue any further painful alternatives.
