Firehouse Peach Cobbler --Recipe

Firehouse Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

Serves: 12

• 3 (16 ounce) cans sliced peaches in heavy syrup
• 1 (18 1/2 ounce) box yellow cake mix (cheapest works great)
• 1 pound margarine
  
  Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 45 mins

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

Pour all three cans of peaches into your 9x13-inch baking dish

 

Sprinkle the bag of cake mix EVENLY over the peaches. DO NOT mix/stir/agitate! Just cover it.

Place tablespoon-sized dollops of the margarine all over the top of the cake mix. I try to leave no more than 1/2" between dollops. I mean this thing is COVERED with margarine!

Place in your oven for approximately 45 minutes. I usually just bake it until the top is a nice golden brown.

Pull this puppy out, and serve it up. Of course you will want to add a few scoops of vanilla ice cream
