Happy July 4th!
Enjoy this great historical read by Dr. Donald McWilliams.
Young Jonathan Sullivane (the fictional son of the patriot James Sullivane) and Billy “Cacao” Logan are sent with urgency on a seemingly short trip. But the two friends soon find themselves enlisting as “Secret Agents” for General George Washingon. As the Revolutionary War progresses, they mature into dedicated young men, who find danger, horror, laughter and love.

IRIS DESTINY by Joseph Daniel Carr.
To almost everyone Colin Craft is an average kid in the 9th grade. But secretly, he is the crime fighting “Newspaper Myth,” a phenomena most people think is a publicity stunt. Few believe he can really read minds, create ice, manipulate flame, and even teleport objects with his mind. While the Myth is discounted by the public, one man knows the truth...a crooked cop named Allen Crestmere identifies him and becomes his first real enemy, fighting him not as a human, but with the same supernatural powers.
Work began or continued on the following titles:

they’ve experienced. She falls in love with one, but thinks that
marriage to him might be unwise.

Hope all my Canadian Friends had
a happy Canada Day on July 1.
I'm sure Shelley was flying her Maple Leaf Flag.
Shhh. Arline is doing payroll again. No lap kitties until she gets all the numbers crunched. I can hardly get her to stop long enough to give out treats. No ear scratches. No belly rubs. I have been neglected.
We've had more and more storms and thundershowers all week. We didn't even get on the Internet a couple of days the lightening was so close.
Spunky didn't pay a bit of attention. She just sleeps right through it on the back porch swing.
Me? I paced. And yelled at them to make it stop! Roger went outside and told it to "Go Away!" a couple of times, then he came back and petted me (With Wet Hands!) and told me it would be okay.
Arline didn't even look up. She's like that with payroll...
Please don't
forget to let me know
what you are all up to!
Just send Arline an e-mail
with
"News for Jack"
in the subject line, and
I'll make sure it shows up
right here.
Thanks!
