Luau Chicken Recipe

• 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons ketchup
• 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch

• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• Chicken Breasts Boneless 6 cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
• 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
• 1 red onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
• 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts
