Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients

Original recipe makes 3 cups 

• 16 ounces milk chocolate chips
   
• 2oz White Chocolate, melted.

•   4tablespoons grated parafin wax

• 1 pound fresh strawberries with leaves
  
  
  Toothpicks 

• PREP
  15 mins
• READY IN
  15 mins

Directions

1. In the microwave, melt the dark chocolatechips and parafin, stirring occasionally until smooth.
   
2. Insert toothpicks into the tops of the strawberries.
   Holding them by the toothpicks, dip the strawberries into the chocolate mixture.
3. Turn the strawberries upside down and insert the toothpick into styrofoam or plae on waxed paper for the chocolate to cool.
   
4. Drizzle with melted white chocolate for garnish.
